Where is the best hunting land in Michigan?

Michigan has a fairly extensive public access program, including access to state parks, state game areas, and some private land that is open to the public. You can check out all the details at the DNR website here:

Contrary to the statement from one answerer, Michigan is a great place to hunt.. Where is the best hunting land in Michigan?
This would depend upon what you're hunting for. If it's deer as assumed by many answers, AAA reports that Oakland, Livingston, and Washtenaw Counties have the highest number of car-deer accidents. I would conclude that there is a significant population of deer in these areas.

You could hunt public lands, as suggested, or there should be farmers leasing their lands to hunters. Where is the best hunting land in Michigan?
In the streets. Then its undisturbed freedom to hunt and kill Gangsters, Corrupt cops, Liberals, manbearpigs, Al gore clones, more liberals, Eco nazis, ect.
Ann Arbor. At least that what Jim Tressel says. Dude just don't miss up there. I don't know what's impressive, tagging a big buck, or shutting up 107,000 people.
Theres not thats why people come to North Florida and South Georgia and Alabama
Detroit streets - hunt down the drug dealers and thieves
